Born in Liverpool, Patricia Heyes graduated from Mabel Fletcher College in 1983 where she studied voice with Geoffrey Walls and, more importantly, met her husband, Jonathan.
She has always enjoyed a combination of solo, small group and choral singing.As well as being a member of Liverpool Bach Collective she is also currently a member of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Choir, Liverpool 24 at Liverpool Cathedral, Exordium and the St Nicholas Singers.
Her repertoire is wide ranging from Early Music through to the works of modern composers such as Taverner and Maxwell-Davies.
Patricia has always been interested in encouraging young people to sing, not only in her work as a teacher at GreenbankPrimary School, but for the past few years as Choir Guardian to Liverpool Cathedral Choir where she is able to combine her knowledge and experience in safeguarding with her love of music.
