A fascinating insight into the many facets of Georg Friederic Handel including a group of five arias two of which are by him and the others, written in appropriate style, especially for this concert by Stephen Pratt and John Moseley. 

Handel was a great patron of the Foundling Hospital and wrote this moving, larger scale Anthem to raise funds. It ends with the Hallelujah Chorus.

Doors normally open at 7pm and Interval refreshments are available.
